RO Membrane Technology (Reverse Osmosis)

Reverse osmosis (RO) is an essential process for removing particles with a molecular weight cutoff of 100 to 200. Our RO membranes are designed to effectively eliminate substances such as metal ions, acids, sugars, dyes, natural resins, and ions.

  • High Salt Rejection: Our RO membranes are renowned for their high salt rejection rates, making them the ideal choice for high-purity applications in industries such as pharmaceuticals, power generation, and semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Available Sizes: 4" and 8" configurations for a wide range of applications.

Nanofiltration (NF) Membranes

Nanofiltration membranes are perfect for applications that require the removal of particles with a molecular weight cutoff of 200 to 1500, including divalent ions, organic materials, color, bacteria, and viruses. These membranes can be integrated with RO or ultrafiltration systems for efficient primary or secondary water treatment.

  • Superior Performance: Our NF membranes provide excellent performance at low pressures, ideal for applications such as softening, pesticide removal, and pathogen elimination.
  • They offer a high degree of salt rejection (91%-99%) while allowing passage of monovalent ions like sodium and chloride, making them perfect for municipal potable water systems.

Ultrafiltration (UF) Membranes

Our ultrafiltration membranes offer high-efficiency filtration, providing superior permeate quality while minimizing footprint requirements. These modules are suitable for industrial or municipal wastewater, seawater, surface water, and ground water treatment.

  • Advanced Ultrafiltration Technology: Utilizing advanced PVDF hollow fibers (0.08 micron pore size), our UF membranes offer high recovery rates, reduced fiber breakage, and no need for backwash pumps. Physical cleaning is performed through air scouring with a patented air diffuser design.
  • Modular Systems: Our ultrafiltration modules can be integrated into pre-engineered, standardized rack systems for optimal space usage and efficient operation.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Technology

Membrane bioreactors (MBRs) combine biological treatment with membrane filtration, producing high-quality permeate water suitable for Cooling Tower, Chiller and RO treatment. These systems eliminate the need for sedimentation tanks and can operate at higher mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) levels.

  • Microfiltration and Ultrafiltration Technology: We offer both microfiltration and ultrafiltration MBR technologies. Microfiltration with a 0.4 µm pore size is ideal for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
  • Ultrafiltration (0.05 µm pore size) is well-suited for more demanding wastewater applications in industries such as chemical, textile, food and beverage, and palm oil production.
